G4 managed to capture thirteen minutes of raw 360 footage of The Elder Scrolls V. You should probably be watching the video instead of reading this. Seriously. The previous footage you've seen of this game contains a little of the info shown here, but the overwhelming beauty of the game's interface and environments hasn't been revealed to this degree until now.
