If you’ve any interest at all in Thief, then you’ve probably seen the vignettes and even the CGI trailer showcasing the game. Now, Square Enix and Eidos Montreal have released a lengthy, 17-minute long preview walkthrough of the game.
It’s a complete, uncut, playthrough of the game’s first mission, Lockdown.
There’s obviously going to be spoilers ahead if you’d like to go into the game without any knowledge, so I advise you only watch it if you’re okay with having the first mission spoiled in its entirety.
Here’s the setup:
After a heist gone wrong, Garrett is trying to make his way back to his hideout in the clocktower. Along the way, he happens upon a jewelry store. Garrett being who he is, you can imagine what happens next…
Eidos ran the demonstration on a PC with the following specs:

The game comes out on February 25 for the PC and both current and past-gen console platforms.
