Telltale Games president and co-founder, Kevin Bruner, took to Reddit to explain the release of the second episode for The Wolf Among Us.
If everything goes as planned, Bruner wants to release the second episode in the first week of February. He notes that Teltalle is trying to coordinate the release between the Xbox, PlayStation, Steam and Apple platforms.
Bruner cites the long delay between episodes as a unique circumstance that shouldn't happen again.
"We are very concerned about the long delay for this episode, but this is one of those occasions where several things conspired against us (not to mention the additional delays due to the holidays)," Bruner wrote. "I won't dive into the details, but this has been an unusual and specific set of circumstances and we do not anticipate it happening again as we go forward with the rest of the season."
Telltale recently released the first episode of The Walking Dead: Season 2, but the studio doesn't want to stop there. The studio already expressed their interest on working on multiple projects each year, including the newly announced Game of Throne game and Borderlands spinoff.
Bruner also showed interest in developing games with the Star Wars and James Bond license. Bruner hates the "mass murder" of other James Bond games, and one day hopes to work with the property.
If you want to catch up on the first episode of The Wolf Among Us, the PSN 14 for '14 Sale drops the season pass down to $13.49.
