The developers at Rocksteady have finally revealed the presence of The Penguin as one of the game's main villains in their upcoming game Batman: Arkham City in a new interview with the Australian Sunday Herald, a print newspaper. The diminutive and hook nosed bird man will be one of the game's main villains, introduced after you solve one of the Riddler's puzzles.
Rocksteady's Dax Ginn describes him as "a really horrible, nasty piece of work, but still with a delusion of grandeur. He dresses well, but in a poor taste, and we've made him this brutish, brutal guy but also key into collection fascination that he's had throughout the years."
Penguin's faction will consist of thugs armed with heavy artillery.
The developers also discussed the appearance of Selina Cyle, or Catwoman. She is described as being closer to that of the late Eartha Kitt in the 1960s TV series: strong, confident, sexy and independent. The character will be designed in the style of Adam Hughes' covers from the third Catwoman series, rather than the more recent versions of her.
