Trademarks are never complete guarantees of the existance of a game however the filing was discovered mere days after Bethesda owner Zenimax Media Inc. was found to have registered a website named thesurvivor2299.com.
A series of beats played on the site are believed to be Morse Code containing the date December 11th, 2013 – the possible reveal date for the title.
The Survivor seems to match the names of protagonists in past Fallout games such as the Lond Wanderer and the Courier while 2299 is certainly a viable year for another Fallout title.
As of now, it's not something to be too excited about but it's certainly possible we'll know more soon.
