Netflix have announced this morning that their highly anticipated Withcer series adaptation will be getting a season 2 as the streaming giant renewed the show.
The show hasn’t event aired yet as it is scheduled to release in December, however, it seems that Netflix thinks the show has potential and renewed the show already. This seems very promising as most shows don’t get renewed so quickly. Both Netlfix and the showrunner for the show of The Witcher series Lauren S. Hissrich took to Twitter to bring the exciting news!

Recently reports came out that Netflix and the showrunner had 7 seasons already planned out for the show. In addition to that, the most recent news story to come out of this highly anticipated show is that reports state that the show can run for 20 years! The official trailer was recently showcased, giving viewers a good look at the show and its main characters — Geralt, Ciri, and Yennefer.
