Yes, @Titanfallgame game is exclusive. No, not a timed exclusive. It will only be available on Xbox One, Xbox 360 & PC

Respawn Entertainment’s Vince Zampella went up on Twitter to reveal that Respawn was not aware EA made an exclusivity deal for Titanfall to come only on Microsoft. This statement comes after EA’s CFO Blake Jorgensen statement in a press conference confirming the game is exclusive for life on Windows, Xbox One, and Xbox 360.
EA CFO Blake Jorgensen says Titanfall will be exclusive for the life of product for Xbox One, Xbox 360, and PC.

When we first heard of the game, it was initially announced to be exclusively for Xbox One. However, in subsequent interviews, Respawn Entertainment expressed interest at bringing the game to other platforms, presumably after some exclusive period.
Always MS exclusive at launch, great partner and focus is good for a startup. EA made a deal for the rest, we only found out recently =(

Those hopes have been nipped in the bud, not just by the CFO’s announcement, but Vince’s follow up comments. Vince credits Microsoft as a great partner, and that the focus with sticking exclusive to Microsoft at launch is good for a startup. However, he also says Respawn only found out recently that EA struck a deal with Microsoft for that exclusivity to stay forever.
@AdanGarciaG Of course we will, just not the first Titanfall.

In follow up tweets, Vince answered a fan indicating their intent to make games on Playstation 4. Obviously, Titanfall can not be one of those future games. Vince’s reply explicitly states the 1st Titanfall, implying they may make a sequel multiplatform, if not PS4 exclusive. Stranger things have happened, of course. Look up Bayonetta 2. Still, if EA can strike deals like this without their developer’s knowledge, who knows if they will let Respawn make games for Playstation 4 at all.
Titanfall will be releasing to Windows, Xbox 360, and Xbox One on March 14 of next year.
