A user on NeoGAF posted a screenshot of a casting call listed a few months ago for a motion capture role that is rumoured to be for the next Deus Ex video game.
Although there was no mention of any video game title or developer, there are numerous clues that strongly suggest that it is most likely for one of the planned games under Deus Ex: Universe. The future of the Deus Ex was detailed earlier this month for next-generation consoles and the PC.
The casting call is for a Japanese character in his early 30's named Hiroshi Saito. The role details that he is an "Illuminati Shadow Agent" and he is trying to infiltrate the Augmented Rights Coalition. The Illuminati organization plays a huge role in the previous game and the term augmentations, cybernetic and nano-technological implants, isn't foreign to gamers who are familiar with the game's universe.
The filming location is set in Montreal where Eidos, the developer of Deus Ex: Human Revolution, is based. It is unclear how extensive this role is in terms of the narrative and if Saito will be the main antagonist. However, it does hint on theories surrounding the game's plot.
Deus Ex: Universe is not the title of the next game in the franchise, but an "on going, expanding, and connected game world built across a generation of core games." The specific title is still unknown and the details regarding the release dates are still unknown.
