If you enjoy narrative-driven video game titles then chances are you’ve dabbled with a few Telltale Games releases. Undoubtedly, one of those was The Walking Dead and if by some chance you missed the game when it first released back in 2012, then do yourself a favor and pick up this definitive edition that just released. The Walking Dead is already a world-renown drama series that got its start with a comic book authored by Robert Kirkman. Since then, it became a massive franchise and while we’ve seen a few video game titles released, the mainline series you’ll want to stick with is the Telltale Games adventure series.
You don’t have to know anything about The Walking Dead franchise in order to get into this series lineup. Without spoiling the adventure that awaits ahead, players follow the story of a young little girl named Clementine who ends up alone after the zombie apocalypse strikes. Now, it’s a brand new world for humanity to survive and as a result, morals may start to shift.
As mentioned, this video game series got its start back in 2012 but has since received a total of four seasons that follows Clementine’s adventure. Since Telltale Games closed its doors, the franchise was picked up by Skybound Games, a company owned by Robert Kirkman in order to conclude this series properly.
Now, as a result, players can enjoy the full story through The Walking Dead: The Telltale Definitive Series which not only offers an enhanced version of the games but comes packed with all the episodes to play seamlessly. Players interested in the game can pick a copy up for the PC, PlayStation 4 and Xbox One platforms.
