The Epic Games Store has received plenty of hate from the online gaming community. It’s a big competitor against Valve’s Steam platform though it does not offer as many bells and whistles. That’s to be expected as it’s still new into the market and Epic Games is continuing to make updates adding more features into the marketplace platform. However, before you go writing off the Epic Games Store, there is at least one incentive to download the marketplace client and logging in each week and that’s the free video game titles being offered.
Throughout 2019, Epic Games is providing players with free video games. They come each week and at times you’ll receive either one to two free video game titles to enjoy. Best part is that this is all free, everything from the account you make to the games you redeem, you won’t have to pay a single cent. Now a new batch of video games are ready to be redeemed today and this week we’re receiving two platformers, Celeste and Inside. Each week there is a different video game title or titles offered and the Epic Games Store does a pretty good job at making the video games diverse so if these two titles are not something you find particularly interested in then you may want to check back next week to see what is being offered next.
Last week we received a free copy of Fez but in the previous weeks we’ve received video games such as Alan Wake, For Honor, Oxenfree, Enter The Gungeon, and Gnog. Do yourself a favor and make up a free account today as there are still plenty of video game titles inbound before we hit 2020. After all, this will give you new free video game titles to enjoy each week.
