Battlefield 4’s hidden and unlockable emblem layers have just been outed by fans, including the surprising addition of dinosaurs, among others.
To be more specific, at the very top row are the outlines of a Triceratops, a T-rex, and a Velociraptor. Other visual representations include a magazine (the firearm component, of course), a telescope, a medal, a dartboard, a gear, a mortar, a grenade, a stopwatch, a shooting range target in the crossfire, a gun, an eye, a small fire, and three vehicles in top view, a truck, a copter, and a fighter plane. Some of these are a little hard to describe, and are possibly abstract enough to be interpreted different ways. Check out the whole thing below:
As is often the case, these emblems were found using the battlelog code, and likely do not reflect the entirety of all the available emblems in the game. A fan was even able to add them into their emblem editor, although they were not able to save it, presumably because these still need to be unlocked.
Of course, there is going to be a lot of disappointment, some of it possibly out of proportion, but dinosaur emblems sound novel. This is certainly an aspect of the game that should make no difference no matter what version of the game you are using. Which of these would you like to try out?
Battlefield is coming October 29 for Windows PC, Xbox 360, Xbox One, Playstation 3 and Playstation 4.
