Rockstar Working On Variety Of Projects According To Developer Resume

April 22, 2019 by Dennis Patrick

What projects are currently in the works?

launch trailer

Rockstar Games is a notable video game developer that has been around for years. We’ve seen multiple titles released under the careful hands of this creative team such as the Grand Theft Auto series and their most recently franchise installment release, Red Dead Redemption 2. The video game development studio has been releasing bigger video game titles these past few years which certainly takes quite a bit of workforce behind them to meet not only their standards but the appeal of their fan base. However, what we don’t know right now is just what is currently in the works right now from the development studio.

It wouldn’t be too surprising to see the development studio focus more on just one or two titles simply due to the scope of their video game titles as of late. However, one Reddit user was able to track down a resume from a Rockstar developer who is working within Rockstar India who claims to have been working on a few projects, being unannounced games for consoles. At the very least with this resume, we are able to find that Rockstar Games is working on a few video game titles at the moment, but unfortunately, we don’t know anymore past that.

Instead, the real question is if these video game titles are all part of already established IPs such as the rumored Bully sequel and Grand Theft Auto 6. I’m sure there are plenty of gamers who are hoping that Rockstar Games is bringing out a PC port of Red Dead Redemption 2. Perhaps we’ll know more about what Rockstar Games has been up to during this year’s E3 expo.
