Multiple reports suggest that tomorrow at gamescom, Microsoft will announce an Xbox One exclusive deal that will allow Microsoft to include a free game with the purchase of an Xbox One.
The inclusion of a free game will aim to combat the $100 price difference between the Xbox One and PS4 in North America and the £80 price difference in Europe.
MCVUK reports that European Xbox One owners will receive FIFA 14 for free when purchasing the Xbox One. The bundle will still retail for £429 but the free game should help close the price gap between the PS4 and Xbox One. CVG reports that European Xbox One's will include a free retail game, but does not specify if it will include FIFA 14.
To bring parity for the North American audiences, CVG reports that the Xbox One will also include a free game in Europe and "perhaps the US".
If Microsoft signed an exclusive deal with EA, expect a game like NBA Live 14 instead of FIFA for the Western markets.
