Ubisoft Details Assassin’s Creed: 3 Remastered Improvements; Scheduled to Release in March, 2019

Here’s what you can expect from the AC 3: Remaster!

Assassin’s Creed Odyssey is all the hype right now, but plenty of fans were wondering when and what will the recently announced Assassin’s Creed 3: Remastered have improved? Well, thankfully, Ubisoft Support answered some of the most requested questions.

Most notably, the improvement details. Many fans were hoping to see AC3 receive a remastered port, even though many dislike the entry in the franchise, and Ubisoft went all out. According to the list of improvements, players will have 4K & HDR support, new character models, new lighting rendering system, and much more. Check out the full details down below:

What are the improvements of the Remastered version?

Assassin’s Creed III has been remastered for the PlayStation4 systems, Xbox One and PC. Now featuring 4k & HDR on PS4 Pro, Xbox One X, and PC, 1080p on PS4 and Xbox One, higher resolution textures, new lighting rendering system, in addition to several other graphical enhancements. Besides, based on player’s feedback, gameplay mechanics have also been improved, with several features being revamped or tweaked.

– Resolution upscale allowing you to play in 4K & HDR on PS4 Pro, Xbox One X and PC, and 1080p on PS4 and Xbox One. 
– Higher resolution textures
– New character models
– New lighting rendering system : Physically Based Rendering
– Denser crowd, environments and VFX
