On Major Nelson's Blog he just announced six new Call of Duty: Black Ops 2 Personalization packs all available for 160 Microsoft Points.
The new Personalization Packs will release on Xbox 360 first on July 23rd. Each Personalization Pack will include camos, reticles and even Calling Cards used to customize game profiles.
Although some of the reticles appear more obtrusive than helpful, your new camos will at least appear in every Killcam of the player you just killed. Jealousy will happen.
