Chris Sawyer is set to bring a "revised" version of his classic management sim Transport Tycoon to iOS and Android devices in "late 2013".
It has not yet been announced whether the game will be a paid or free-to-play titles but for more information you can sign-up for email updates on the game's website which was launched today.
Transport Tycoon was released on PC in 1994 and critically priased. Sawyer then wen on to create the Rollercoaster Tycoon series which garnered equal acclaim.
It seems just about every type of transportation will be included with the website featuring ships, airplanes, helicopters, trains, buses and trucks.
Transport Tycoon is described as being "revitalised" for touch screen devices.
