River City Ransom is among one of the earliest games some of us can remember playing. Ever since the original game burned its way into our hearts and minds, many of us have asked for a sequel.
A sequel that hasn't been forthcoming. Until now, that is.
A Japanese studio called Miracle Kidz, which is made up of some of the series' original developers, told Japanese gaming website Impress Watch that they are working on a sequel for the PC and consoles. The game will be released on console in Japan "this summer" while PC gamers will have to wait until next year for River City Ransom 2 to arrive on their hard drives.
