Dragon Age 3: Inquisition is set to be released for PS3, PS4, Xbox 360, Xbox One and PC in Autumn 2014 EA has announced at their pre-E3 press conference.
BioWare general manager Aaryn Flynn commented "We're taking the time to craft a deep, captivating experience for you."
The trailer was narrated by Claudia Black, strongly suggesting her character in Dragon Age: Origins, Morrigan, will make a return – she makes a brief appearance near the end though it's not yet known if she'll be a playable character. Varric and Cassandra from Dragon Age 2 were also spotted in the trailer, which you can see below.
The game is being developed using DICE's Frostbite 3 engine; the trailer was made using in-engine footage.
