The Microsoft conference opened up today with the first look of Metal Gear Solid 5: The Phantom Pain with footage of gameplay, characters, and environments.
Konami was on hand to present as it was confirmed for the Xbox One.
Fans got a glimpse of some returning characters such as Revolver Ocelot and of course, Snake, who is now being voiced by Keifer Sutherland instead of David Hayter.
The trailer opened up with a look of the stealth—which has always been a staple of the series. The events take place in the desert and we see Snake hiding behind horses, in trucks, and diving in and out of buildings as Snake does.
It's a very action-packed and there's almost too much to mention so you'll have to watch the trailer to get the full experience.
No word yet on whether the game will be cross-platform or if it'll be an Xbox One exclusive.
