After teasing Deus Ex: The Fall on Twitter and with a video earlier this week Eidos have finally revealed the game as a mobile and tablet title.
The game is set in 2027. Players will take on the role of Ben Saxon, a former British SAS soldier turned mercenary who has undergone physical augmentation and is desperate "for the truth behind the drug conspiracy".
Saxon is betrayed by the Tyrants, his private military employers, and must now race not only to save his own life but that of all augmented humans from a sinister plot.
Deus Ex: The Fall will launch on iOS devices soon and you can see the announcemnt trailer below. It's unclear if the game will eventually come to Google Play and Windows Phone.
This isn't the first major series to go mobile this week with Microsoft yesterday announcing Halo: Spartan Assault.
While the game will no doubt do a good job at taking the Deus Ex formula and replicating it on mobile series fans are likely to be dissappointed that it isn't a full console and PC release.
