Remember our heads up about the latest Humble Indie Bundle, which once again, includes Little Inferno, Awesomenatus, Capsized, Thomas Was Alone, Dear Ester, Hotline Miami, and Proteus, all for just a few measly dollars? Did you take part? No? What's your problem?
No matter, because there's two bits of news. First, time is still in your favor. At the moment, there's a little over six days left to take advantage. Plus, to sweeten the deal, four new games have added to the pot: Tiny & Big in Grandpa's Leftovers, Intrusion 2, Oil Rush, and English Country Tune.
Plus you get their soundtracks. All are fine additions to an already excellent package, so long as you pay the average. Which, for better or worse, has not gone up much since last week. Before it was $5.69, and now it's $5.70. Apparently people are cheapskates these days.
By the way, my vote for the best of the bunch of Intrusion 2, seen above. Think a run and gun, a la Contra or Metal Slug, but with ragdoll physics, a la Little Big Planet. That one game alone is well worth the asking price of less than six bucks.
And once again, you get essentially multiple versions of each game, for PC, Mac, and Linux, all DRM free, plus it's a chance to directly reward the efforts of game makers, by determininghow much of whatever you put down will go into their pockets (though it definitely helps if you opt to give more than the average). Seriously, don't miss this deal.
