Guerrilla's PlayStation Vita exclusive title Killzone Mercenary has a new trailer and a new release date. The game is now set to be released on September 4th in North America and September 6th in Europe.
It had been due to release on September 17th, the same day as Grand Theft Auto 5.
Pre-orders of the game will net you either the BlackJack Briefcase package or the ISA M224_A1 Light Machine Gun package depending on where you place your deposit.
BlackJack offers players double XP for the first few days as well as extra in-game currency for unlocking new weapons. The ISA package meanwhile gives you an incredibly powerful gun.
The trailer, below, highlights both ISA and Helghast forces and Sony describes the game as allowing the "ISA and the Helghast to tear each other apart." Adding "mercenaries are in high demand. Tooled up with a devastating arsenal of weapons, these guns-for-hire can turn the tide of war in just one shot. Soldiers may die for honour, or for freedom – but mercenaries survive for money. War is your business…"
Guerrilla are also developing Killzone: Shadow Fall for PS4 and it's believed that they're also working on The Order: 1886 for Sony's next console. You can find Shadow Fall wallpapers here.
