As part of Gameranx's exclusive interview with Courtnee Draper, Elizabeth Comstock's voice actress in BioShock Infinite, she commented on Irrational's plans for DLC for Infinite.
Asked what the game's DLC might be or if she has any clue as to when it will be released she stated "Honestly, I know as much as you do. I know that there is going to be some DLCs that come out, but I honestly don't know when we're going to record it, let alone the actual content! I'm sure they are starting to get back into it now but I haven't heard anything yet. So, your guess is as good as mine!"
Last month a list of Steam Achievements for Infinite DLC were leaked though there was no description provided and the Achievements were given basic titles such as "DLCA 1". Apart from "DLCA" there was also "DLCB" and "DLCC" suggesting that there will be at least three pieces of downloadable content for the game if all goes as planned.
It has been suggested that the first BioShock Infinite DLC will exclude Elizabeth in favour or a new sidekick for Booker DeWitt which may explain why Draper has not yet been contacted to reprise her role.
A 2K artist's CV – since removed – stated that he has been "providing animation and R&D for a new AI companion character" for Infinite.
In Draper's two part interview she reveals that she is also interested in furthering her game acting career, given her terrific performance as Elizabeth hopefully we can look forward to seeing her in many more games to come. Draper also speaks about working with Irrational boss Ken Levine and gives insight into how she developed the character of Elizabeth.
