Zero Point Software has long since been working on "Interstellar Marines" for the PC and Mac, but thanks to confirmation from game director Kim Haar Jørgensen, we now know that the title is confirmed to be in development for both Xbox 360 and PlayStation 3 platforms.
Unfortunately for the studio, Microsoft has a "no publisher, no publishing" clause that prevents the title from landing on XBLA unless it manages to pick up a publisher. The game is however confirmed for a PlayStation 3 release as Sony's publishing clauses are much more liberal.
"Interstellar Marines" is an indie four player co-op FPS that is built upon a crowd-sourced budget. Further details about the game can be found at its official website.
