I couldn't say I've ever been brought to tears by a game trailer before but the announcement trailer for Dead Island managed to do just that.
The newly announced game is a survival horror FPS with RPG elements currently in development for the PC, Xbox 360 and PlayStation 3 consoles. What sets Dead Island apart from other zombie titles is its emphasis on melee combat, sandbox style gameplay, role-playing elements and what the developers call a "clear focus on story-telling."
In Dead Island, players will be able to take on the roles of different characters and even play it cooperatively. Very little else is known about the game at this time.
