The PS4 download size for Konami’s upcoming spin-off from the Metal Gear franchise, Metal Gear Survive has just been revealed. When viewed directly on the PlayStation 4, the product page for the survival action game shows that it will take up 16.53 GB of free space from the hard disk drive of the system.
If you will be playing the game on Xbox One – you can probably expect a similar download size.
‘METAL GEAR SURVIVE is a survival action game in an alternative universe. In a struggle to survive and understand this new environment, players engage in both single player and connected co-op. In the battle for survival scavenged materials must be wrought into usable items, gear and weapons if you are to have any hope of making it home.’
Metal Gear Survive will be released on the 20th of February in the North American region.
Konami has come under a lot of controversy for releasing this spin-off title from fans beloved Metal Gear series which was originally created by Hideo Kojima (who was fired from Konami). Let’s see how well this game manages to perform considering the public stance on this title.
