Deep Silver is putting together a new series of videos to promote their recently acquired game, Metro: Last Light. The publisher picked up the rights to the upcoming game when the original publisher, THQ, went under.
The new video is the first in a three-part series of videos in which players are taught to survive the harsh wastelands of post-apocalyptic Moscow.
Within the game's lore, the video prepares players for their service in the Spartan Order, the self-styled protectors of Moscow's underground Metro. Would-be Rangers must familiarize themselves with the dangers that they may encounter in the tunnels of the Metro, the ravaged wasteland above ground, and the transition areas in-between.
Metro: Last Light is set for release on May 14 in North America on the PC, Xbox 360 and PlayStation 3. It will be out on May 17 in Europe.
