Following the announcement of Deus Ex: Human Revolution for the Wii U, Eidos Montreal and Square Enix have released the first trailer for the Director's Cut, which is what they're referring to as the "definitive version" of the game.
The new version of the game comes with a host of improvements, including full support for the Wii U Gamepad so you'll be able to control your augmentations and mods from the Wii U pad and view the map from there without ever having to move Adam Jensen's attention away from the world.
Among other things, the new version comes with a whole bunch of fixes to the game itself. Notably, the boss fights have been reworked in-house at Eidos Montreal to cater to the complaints that they received.
These changes have not been announced for any of the pre-existing versions of the game, so you may have to end up buying it for the Wii U if you'd like to experience any of the improvements they're bringing to Deus Ex: Human Revolution.
The Director's Cut of Deus Ex: Human Revolution is set for release later this year.
