Indie developer tons of bits just released an epic new trailer for their cute but competitive (not a phrase you hear often) WiiWare game "chick chick BOOM" that shows off its madness and mayhem.
The WiiWare isn't really well known for its exceptional titles, especially compared to titles on the XBLA and the PSN, so gems like "chick chick BOOM" tend to go unnoticed until someone takes a look at them.
"chick chick BOOM" is both a single and multiplayer artillery game where 1-4 players can do battle against each other in versus or cooperate against the CPU.
Commanding a team of bouncing chicks, players must use the WiiMote to draw and summon weapons for use against the opposing team. Players take turns throwing pianos, giant pink elephants, and clusterbombs at the other side while the defending player must draw lines to protect his or her chicks from attack. The skill in playing the game lies in your use of ink, creativity and timing.
