BioShock Infinite is two weeks away from release, and the company's going all out with its marketing campaign for the game—one they're hoping will leave a mark in the minds of gamers for years to come.
The studio today released (via Twitter) a new teaser image of what appears to be a CGI trailer of BioShock Infinite—one that's not yet released. The screenshot depicts one of the game's many brutal Handymen attempting to pummel Booker into the ground with its oversized mechanical fist. The Handymen are persons with physical disabilities who've been given robotic upgrades—Steampunk cyborgs, in other words.
The image was published on Twitter bearing the caption "first sneak peek of the upcoming BioShock Infinite commercial." No release date was provided for the trailer or its TV spot.
Regardless of when Irrational Games plans to release the trailer, you can mark your calendar for the game's release on the PC, Xbox 360 and PlayStation 3 on March 26—which like I said, is only a couple weeks away.
