Looking to pick up L.A. Noire when it launches on Nintendo’s hybrid console, the Switch? Well just make sure you pick up a fairly big SD card because this game is gonna eat up loads of your storage.
The game’s digital download size sits at a decent 29GB, which means that the Switch 32GB capacity will not be able to store the game without an SD card if you decide to purchase it digitally. The reason being that 6.2 GB of the 32GB is reserved for the system so technically you only have 27.2 GB of free space on your system.
But what about if you decide to get the physical version of the game? You’ll still be required to download of 14 GB that contains important gameplay data and without which the game won’t run. Publishers generally make this move to avoid using the larger but more expensive cartridges which have a greater storage capacity.
