CityVille, the game whose own name contradicts itself, has grown to house 100 million people. It's so slightly shy of doubling the previous biggest facebook game hit FarmVille. FarmVille now sits cozily at around 57 million. In about 7 weeks Zynga has double the population of their biggest hit with their new biggest hit. Wasn't FrontierVille supposed to be in there somewhere as the next big thing?
