Sega has finally announced the release date for its yearly Football management sim, Football Manager 2018. The title will launch for PC, Mac, and Linux on November 10. Along side it’s PC launch there will also be mobile versions. Football Manager Mobile 2018 and Football Manager Touch 2018 will launch simultaneously with the desktop version.
Those who pre-ordered the title will be able to play it two weeks before launch through a beta version of which single-player progress can be continued when the full game launches. Furthermore, pre-orders will provide the game with a 25% discount.
“With over 2500 clubs to choose from and over 190,000 real footballers and staff to sign, Touch packs the depth and power of Football Manager’s acclaimed data but focuses on the core managerial duties only – tactics and transfers. There’s no media circus around here, so you’ll find it much faster between games and complete seasons quicker.
For managers in even more of a hurry, Touch lets you simulate your matches with a single click of a button, leaving your backroom staff to guide the team in your absence. If you’re a football purist, you can watch your footballing vision unfold before your very eyes on our acclaimed 3D match engine.”
