The latest expansion pack for Skyrim has made landfall today on the Xbox 360, allowing players to ride dragons, fight new enemies, and venture to the distant island of Solstheim, west of Skyrim.
The new expansion, titled Dragonborn, takes players from the lands of Skyrim to the west, near Morrowind, where the player is set to battle all new foes and deal with the False Dragonborn. Beyond the dragon priests and the draugr overlords, it turns out that you're not the only one with the ability to shout your enemies to death.
In order to begin the quest, you'll need to head to any friendly city, where you'll be ambushed by cultists and worshippers of the False Dragonborn. Killing any of them will yield a note that sends you to the western city of Windhelm, where you'll encounter a ship captain by the name of Gjalund Salt-Sage, who offers to take you to Solstheim on his ship, the Northern Maiden. Agreeing to board passage, you will be dropped off at Raven Rock and embark upon your new adventure.
Dragonborn is out today on the Xbox 360 for 1600 MSP, and will be available for both the PS3 and PC early next year.
