Some of us just have too much to do. Whether you work at home, or take your work home—which is something most people do, anyway. It’s hard to get a good night’s sleep as a result of how much work we have in our daily lives. On top of that, there’s our social lives, and the things we do for fun, like playing video games. With 24 hours, there’s just not enough time for us to do what we want.
