According to a tweet by Microsoft’s Larry Hryb, Kotaku’s report that some Xbox Live members are getting a commemorative console was right on the money. He offered a specific detail on exactly who was getting it: those who have been with Xbox Live for 10 years. Or in other words, since the very beginning.
Microsoft will be celebrating the 10th anniversary of Xbox Live this week, and that’s when Hryb said he’ll be able to have more details on it. Hryb also tweeted a picture of an Xbox 360 that is presumed to be the model some lucky few will receive. We’ll have more details as they’re released.
