Epic Games has put out a new key art of Gears of War: Judgment as a part of the game’s on-going marketing towards its release next year. The artwork features the likes of the games’ two protagonists, Augustus Cole and Damon Baird, along with Sofia Hendrick and Garron Paduk of Kilo Squad.
The big piece of artwork comes in two high-resolution versions and can serve as a poster or a wallpaper. You can also use the poster version for any vertical monitor setup. Grab them here.
Set before the events of the original trilogy, Gears of War: Judgment is set in the aftermath of Emergence Day, or E-Day, and tells us the origin stories of Baird and Cole and what happened to their squad prior to meeting up with Marcus Fenix. Judgment is planned as a first in a trilogy of new Gears of War games.
Epic Games has announced that they will be releasing pre-order details about Judgment and an interview with Chris Perna, the game’s art director, on Wednesday. We’ll be sure to keep you up to date.
Gears of War: Judgment is exclusive to the Xbox 360. Barring any unforeseen delays, the game will be available on March 19, 2013.
