We’ve already established that Hotline Miami has an extraordinarily awesome soundtrack, and two portions of its music have been released by their composers Jasper Byrne and M.O.O.N—details of which can be found here.
Today, David Scatliffe got in touch with us to give us the heads up about the release of the five tracks he contributed to Hotline Miami, in the form of the Takedown EP. You can download it all from his Bandcamp page for five dollars.
“All the tracks are very loopable and super 80s, so break out your keyboard ties,” he suggests. While we’re at it, we’d also recommend you’ve a shoulder-padded jacket prepared and a pair of Ray Ban Aviators just to get into the new wave vibe.
If you're still on the fence about picking up Hotline Miami, be sure to read our review of the game here.
