Captain Scarlett

The first proper DLC expansion pack for Borderlands 2 has just been released and is now available for download on the PC, Xbox 360 and PlayStation 3.

Titled "Captain Scarlett and her Pirate's Booty", the new DLC is designed for up to four players, who will take to the sandy wastelands of Pirate Bay in search of treasure.

Players will run into new characters like Shade, visit the town of Oasis, and encounter all new enemies like the Sand Pirates and Anchormen. As it is with everything else in Borderlands and its sequel, players can expect to earn all manner of new loot and weapons. The DLC also includes a few new quests and achievements.

Captain Scarlett and her Pirate's Booty is the first of four full length add-on campaigns for Borderlands 2, and is available as a part of the DLC Season Pass. Each of these DLCs can also be purchased individually.
