Thanks to an eager community of fans, Ori and the Blind Forest earned itself a Definitive Edition and a retail release on June 13th. That’s a big step for indie games, and the Definitive Edition comes included with tons of extra features and all-new areas to explore, including new sets of collectibles. If you’re just getting started with Ori, or want to 100% the original maps with minimal fuss, then check out some of the community-created maps below.
Collectibles Maps
Here you’ll find community maps, created by passionate players that want to support an awesome indie platformer. We’re just posting a preview here, if you want the full-size version, please click the links below each image to reach that creator’s place-of-posting.
These maps include locations for; Map Stones, Spirit Portals, Energy Cells, Health Cells, secrets, Ability Points and Spirit Light Containers. Basically, anything you need to earn all the collection achievements are mapped out in these images.
For some less-functional mapping action, check out Redditor Absolute_Stratos’ personal website / mapping project, giving players a closer look at the beautiful design of each area.
We’ll add more maps as we find them. Do you know an awesome map? Let us know in the comments!
