Evil West is the new action game that sees players taking up the role of Jesse Rentier, a vampire-hunting cowboy that needs to use his electrical Gauntlet to punch and slam his way through waves upon waves of vampires and demons to ensure the safety of the world. Along his journey, players will stumble upon many collectibles, which include Lore to flesh out the setting, Cash that can be found in either pouches, crates, or small chests and can be used to buy upgrades for your equipment, and Unique Chests that can hold even more Gold, skins for your weapons and character, and even secret skills and abilities. In total, there are 393 collectibles found throughout the game’s 16 levels.
Jesse’s Gauntlet is still not fully functioning, so he heads out to figure out a way to fix it. This guide will show players where to find all of the collectibles in Chapter 6: Remote RI Outpost in Evil West.
All Chapter 6 Collectibles In Evil West
Chapter 6: Remote RI Outpost sees Jesse and Vergil heading to the snow-covered Baxter’s Mines mountain base to get the components necessary to return his Gauntlet to full strength, perhaps even improve it. In this Chapter, there are a total of 31 collectibles with 7 Lore items, 22 Cash pick-ups, and 2 Chests. Below is a full breakdown of where to find all the items to collect in the mission.
Lore #1: William Rentier Writings 1/3
Once you take control of Jesse in the saloon, head up the stairs and you will find this Lore item next to an open bedroom door.
Lore #2: Emilia’s Promotion Letter
Head down to the secret hideout beneath the saloon and go into the Briefing Room. Head up the stairs on the right side of the room and find this Lore item on the table in the Executive Suite.
Cash #1
This Cash is found on the counter at the back of the Briefing Room.
Cash #2
Hed to Vergil’s workshop on the right end of the hideout. To the right of the Perk Respec machine is where you will find a glowing box.
Cash #3
Head downstairs to the Interrogation Room to find Cash on a table next to the electric chair.
Cash #4
Once you reach the Chapter’s titular Outpost, follow the main story path until you go up a small flight of stairs. To the left of the top of the stairs is a glowing crate that you can destroy and collect the Cash inside.
Lore #3: Baxter’s Miner Letter 1/2
Go to the right of the Cash to find a Lore item on top of a red barrel.
Cash #5
Go through the doorway to the left of the Lore and shoot down a hanging body to collect the Cash on the body.
Cash #6
Progress to the first enemy encounter. Defeat all the enemies and look to the left of the ledge you entered from. You will find a shed you can enter by vaulting over the entrance. Inside this shed is a Cash chest.
Cash #7
Leave the shed and enter the barn to the left when you exit. Go to the left once you are inside and then look to the left to find the Cash.
Lore #4: William and the Baxter Crew
Meet up with Vergil and get the new Crippling Rod equipment. After battling through the enemies in the next area, look to the left to find a shed with Lore inside.
Lore #5: A Medallion
Leave the shed and follow the main story path. Jump over a fallen log. Up the hill is where you will find a Lore item on top of a barrel.
Cash #8
Look at the shed behind the movable cart to find a hanging body. Shoot it down and collect Cash.
Cash #9
Climb up the train car to an upper platform. Look to the left of the stairs to find a glowing crate.
Cash #10
Go to the left of the glowing crate to swing between a gap to find more Cash.
Lore #6: Baxter’s Miner Letter 2/2
Swing back to the platform and head to the fuse box. To the right of the box is Lore which you can collect.
Cash #11
Go back down to the train car and move it to the platform with the other fuse box needed to lower the bridge. Once in place, climb up on the train car to reach the second platform. You will see a glowing crate directly in front of you.
Cash #12
Cross the now-lowered bridge and enter an elevator with Vergil. After a short cutscene, you will enter a battle arena. Once all the enemies are cleared out, look to the right of the area’s entrance and vault over some rubble. You will find Cash on the other side.
Cash #13
Return to the main story path and squeeze through a space to the left of the first fuse box. On the other side of the crevice is where you will find some Cash.
Cash #14
Shoot down a chain to make your way toward the other fuse boxes. At the top of the stairs right after the chain, you will find Cash right next to a ledge.
Cash #15
Swing across a gap after climbing the ledge and then go up a small flight of stairs to the left of the fuse box switch. Turn to the left to see Cash.
Cash #16
After pulling the switch, a gondola will come to you to help cross over to the last switch. Cash will be on the gondola.
Cash #17
On the other side of the gondola is a chained barricade that you can punch through to find a Cash chest.
Cash #18
After the mine cart sequence, jump down off the tracks to find Cash sitting on a box in the direction of the lighthouse.
Cash #19
After getting the Blaster upgrade for your Revolver, you will need to enter the mine that the Leecher enemy comes from. Once inside, destroy the TNT on your right to find Cash.
Chest #1: Lethal Heights Secret Perk
Progress through the mine until you reach a split in the path and go left. You need to crouch under some collapsed rocks and battle a group of enemies. Once all the enemies are dead, crouch under a passage to the right of the arena to find a Chest.
Cash #20
Return to where the path split and go right. You will see Cash sitting on a box to the right.
Chest #2: Ghost Suit Skin
Behind the Cash mentioned above is TNT. Destroy to clear a path and reveal a Chest.
Lore #7: A Piece of Torn Paper
Continue down the main story path until you need to push a cart out of the way. Just before it, you will find Lore on a box for you to collect.
Cash #21
Exit the cave and climb up a ledge. You will find a very hard to miss Cash on the pathway.
Cash #22
After clearing out the next arena, look to the left of the arena’s entrance to find a hanging body. Shoot it down and go pick up the Chapter’s final collectible.
With all of that found, you now have all of the collectibles in Chapter 6: Remote RI Outpost for Evil West. You can now continue to the next mission, Chapter 7: Smoke and Mirrors.
