#7 Colonel Autumn- Fallout 3
When it comes to open world games, there are usually a few plots and campaigns tossed within. In Fallout 3, players could explore the vast wasteland after the great nuclear war while joining in on various forces or helping those in need, really the choice was ours. Although there's one plot that is meant to be the center of attention and that's locating your missing father. During the journey, you find that your father was murdered but Colonel Autumn so when it came to extracting your revenge on him, which is optional, you'll discover that there's not special tricks or attributes to deal with. Players could enter into their V.A.T.S. and blow away their opponent with a single headshot. Really it's beyond me that some bosses can be taken down with on tap of a button but I guess in the wasteland no one is really safe.
