A statue of the founder of the Golden Order, Radagon, is located in Lleyndell, Royal Capitol — that’s normal, what isn’t normal is the message in front of the statue. The message reads “Regression alone reveals secrets.” and that is all. What does it all mean? How To Solve The Statue Puzzle | Leyndell, Royal Capitol Easter Egg

After defeating Godfrey, The First Elden Lord in Leyndell, take the stairs down toward the main street from the Erdtree Sanctuary. On the path down, you’ll encounter a statue with its arms spread out. This is a statue of Radagon, the founder of the Golden Order and the one responsible for the state of the world. Near the statue, you’ll find an official From Software message that reads “Regression alone reveals secrets.”

We love secrets, so we had to find out how to reveal one. The solution is actually fairly simple. But there’s more to this. After finding the statue, you can talk to the Turtle Cleric at the Church of Vows in Liurnia of the Lakes — he’ll tell you that Radagon commissioned a statue from a famous artist. This artist found out a secret about Radagon and hid it inside the statue itself. Tantalizing.

Return to the Radagon Statue in Leyndell, Royal Capitol and use the spell to reveal a hidden message. We’ll reveal the hidden message below.

Using the spell causes the statue to disappear and an official message to appear on the ground. Read the message to learn a big lore bombshell — you’ll need to do this before travelling to the Forge of the Giants, the events after that moment render this Easter egg impossible to complete.

If you can’t use the Regression spell, travel to Rennala in the Grand Library and respec to increase your magic stats. You can always respec again later — you’ll need high stats to use the spell from Miriel.
