#1 Fortnite Player Deals With Being Sued
The development team is cracking down on cheaters when it comes to Fortnite, in fact, two cheaters are being sued by the company. As it turns out, one of the cheaters who Epic has filed a lawsuit against is just 14 years old.
As a result, the mother has filed claims of her own saying that the developers are using the boy as a scapegoat. There’s a series of reasons as to why, but the main factor the mother has noted about the lawsuit is that the son did not create any type of software, but instead had downloaded a program. Because Epic is claiming mass profit loss, it’s curious as to how much money they did, in fact, lose from this software download and what the future of this case will hold once it goes to trial.
