Friday the 13th: Use Passwords to Reveal Secret Messages | Counselor Database

December 21, 2017 by Kevin Thielenhaus

Get hidden messages in the Counselor Database with these secret passwords in Friday the 13th: The Game’s Virtual Cabin 2.0.

The Virtual Cabin 2.0 just doesn’t stop. The new offline mode / developer museum experience-thing isn’t just a showcase of Friday the 13th: The Game assets, it’s also a fully-featured puzzle room.

There are three endings to unlock in the Virtual Cabin, and on top of all that, we have the Counselor Database. One of the features on the computer in the Main Lobby is the “Counselor Database”, with multiple entries that can only be unlocked with passwords.

Many of the passwords discovered so far were solved by The Friday the 13th: The Game community, either through puzzle-solving or blind luck. Thanks to Steam User Shelly and Steam User Pretendo64 for listing the passwords discovered so far, and here’s hoping there are still many more for the community to uncover.

Counselor Database Passwords List

[Work-in-Progress: We’ll add more passwords to the list as they’re discovered!]

friday the 13th, new, dlc, free, announced,

To access hidden messages in the Virtual Cabin 2.0, hop onto the computer and select the “Counselor Database” list. Each counselor entry can be unlocked with a specific password, but figuring out the password is the tricky part.

  • Brad Powell Cottman : 123456
  • Brandon A. Williams: WISEAU
  • Chris Winfield : 123456
  • Horo Inc: 131313
  • Mark Reiss: ??????
  • Pierce R. Alexander : 123456

Input the codes to find secret messages in the database. No, this isn’t required for an Easter egg or an ending, it’s just a weird little secret bonus for fans crazy enough to try and figure out every password. It’s a fun extra, and we’ll add more passwords as they’re found. Got a password we missed? Let us know in the comments, and we’ll add it to the list!
