Persona 5: How To Level Up Personas Fast | Quick Leveling Guide

April 26, 2017 by Kevin Thielenhaus

Don’t leave your Personas under-leveled in Persona 5 — use this trick to rapidly level-up your roster of monsters, all in a single day. It’s going to cost some cash, but the method detailed here skips over those annoying limitations that stop you from strengthening the same Persona more than once a day.

As you progress in Persona 5, it’s pretty easy to let some of your favorites fall to the wayside as you unlock, capture or create new creatures. The roster of monsters expands so fast, it’s hard to keep up with demand. Thankfully, it isn’t so hard to get around the day-to-day limitations of the Velvet Room. The exploit below explains how it’s done — not really a glitch, but absolutely not intended.

While you’re here looking for farming methods, check out this Persona 5 Fast Leveling Trick for your party members.

How to Level Up Personas Fast

Leveling up Personas is pretty easy, all you need is the Strengthen Persona option in the Velvet Room. Everyone knows all about that, but there’s a way to super-charge leveling — and continue to level up, non-stop! To do it, you’ll need to capture the Treasure Personas.

  • Requirements: Strengthen Persona Velvet Room option, Treasure Personas (Reagent, Queen’s Necklace, Orlov, etc) and lots of cash.

For example, Orlov can be purchased (after it is earned) from the Summon Persona option in the Velvet Room for 23,146 yen.

Use a Treasure Monster to enhance your Persona — depending on your Confidant Rank, you’ll get more XP bonus. The problem is, you can only enhance Personas once per day.

There is a way to strengthen Personas multiple times a day. You’ll need to use this exploit:

  1. Strengthen a Persona — you’ll see that it can’t be strengthened again on the same day.
  2. To get around this, select to Register your strengthened Persona. Registered will store it at its current level in the Summon list.
  3. Now Registered, delete your current version and Summon the copy. It costs Yen, but this trick allows you to easily earn tons of Persona XP all in a single day — if you’ve got the cash.

Rinse and repeat, using Treasure Personas to enhance and upgrade, then registered and summoning to continue to level up nonstop. It’s only for late-game players, but if you’ve got the cash, this is the fastest way to earn Persona levels.
