In news that might anger Borderlands fans, GameStop will have its own exclusive pre-order incentive for the game. No, it's not a useless weapon skin or something similar, instead, it looks to be an arena where players can kill creatures and gain loot!
This stage, called the Slaughter Dome, is shown off in this GameStop-exclusive trailer (via Kotaku).
Hopefully, this content will be available for non-GameStop buyers in the future, no? Of course, seeing as this is but one stage, I'm also hoping it will be a free download, too.
Which retailer are you getting Borderlands 2 from? Does this sort of thing bother you or should we expect it nowadays and just accept it?
Borderlands 2 is set for a September 18 release on the PC, Xbox 360 and PS3.
