Recent registration of a new Square Enix trademark could mean the introduction of a new IP.
According to the Japan Patent Office, the company filed for the ‘Studio Istolia’ trademark in the country on December 2 – although the application was only published today.
The trademark application was made in NICE classes 9 and 16, which cover “computer game programs; downloadable software programs for playing computer games and video games over the Internet”, and “games and playthings”, respectively.
I wonder what it could be?
