The November update for Battlefield 1 is now available to download across all platforms—the PC, PS4 and Xbox One. Following server maintenance, players who download the update will be able to log in and check out the new content.
The update is 1.6gb on PC and 1.9gb on consoles. DICE has yet to publish a list of notes on what the update delivers, but we can state for certain that the game’s Suez map has been completely revamped due to complaints and balance issues that plagued the original 3-flag map.
The new Suez now consists of five flags and battles take place over a wider area, so battles will no longer resemble human meat grinders with artillery spam.
Additionally, the number of tickets in the 64-player version of Operations has been raised to 256 for attackers, giving them a much better chance to win than before, when battles favored the defenders. Players can now also customize their equipment from the main menu without having to log into a live game.
