This year’s Call of Duty release isn’t limited to Infinite Warfare alone. Instead, we’re also getting a remaster of Call of Duty 4: Modern Warfare from 2007 as well. This game was seen as the starting point of the franchise’s rebirth, due in equal parts by both the campaign story in addition to the highly advanced system of multiplayer that was implemented. From there, the series took off with sequels and companion titles: Ghosts, World at War, and of course the Black Ops games all were built on top of the foundation made by Modern Warfare‘s success. To help get y’all ready for the release of this remaster, Activision has a new launch trailer ready to go.
You might ask why we’re getting a Launch Trailer right now, instead of towards the end of October. That’s due to the fact there’s an Early Access deal going on for PS4 gamers, letting them have a chance to jump in on the action a month ahead of time. Anyone who pre-purchased the Legacy or Digital Deluxe Edition of Call of Duty: Infinite Warfare has the opportunity to play the Call of Duty: Modern Warfare Remastered campaign 30 days early, starting on October 5th.
Call of Duty: Infinite Warfare and Call of Duty: Modern Warfare Remastered arrive November 4th for PC, PS4, and Xbox One. To learn more about the game, check out their website, Twitter, and Facebook.
